Food Truck Orders

Standard Orders

Cancellation Window: Orders placed through our online ordering system or in person may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

After Preparation: Once food preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except in cases of:

• Significant preparation errors on our part

• Food quality issues due to our error

• Failure to fulfill the order as specified

Order Issues

If you experience any issues with your food truck order, please notify us immediately:

Within 2 hours of pickup: Full refund or replacement
After 2 hours: Refunds at our discretion based on circumstances
